Build your first workflow

Set up an automatic reply or follow-up that runs whenever something happens.

Updated October 23, 2026

  1. Open Workflows

Open Workflows and click Create Automation Workflow.

  2. Name it

Give the workflow a clear name, such as "Inbound demo booking follow-up".

  3. Choose the trigger event

Pick what starts it, for example a new lead arriving. Each workflow starts from one trigger event.

  4. Add the steps

Open the builder and add the actions you want, such as sending a WhatsApp message, waiting, or branching on a condition.

  5. Test, then switch it on

Run it on a test contact first. Workflows can be saved as drafts, paused, or set active.
