Connect your own AI provider

Choose which AI model powers your AI, and pay your provider directly for usage.

   Get an API key

   Create an account with OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini and create an API key. If you run your own Ollama server, note its address instead.

   Open the AI Provider settings

   In Settings, open AI Provider & Routing.

   Add the key and pick a model

   Choose the provider, paste the key (or enter the host for Ollama), and use Model Selection to choose the model.

   Set it per channel

   You can set up a provider separately for WhatsApp, your website chat and the AI Suite.
