1.Purpose
This policy sets the rules for using DigAI. It applies to you, your staff, and anyone who uses your account or the pages, forms, chat widgets and messages you create.
2.General rules
You must not use the Services to:
2.1 break any law or regulation, or help anyone else to;
2.2 infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
2.3 upload or send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, harassing, or that exploits or endangers children;
2.4 promote or sell illegal goods or services, gambling or betting where unlawful, counterfeit goods, pyramid or multi-level schemes, or unlicensed financial, medical or investment services;
2.5 impersonate a person or organisation or misrepresent your affiliation.
3.Messaging rules (WhatsApp, SMS, email, chat)
3.1 Consent first. Send marketing messages only to people who have given clear, provable opt-in. Do not use purchased, scraped or rented lists.
3.2 Honour opt-out. Stop messaging when a person says stop or unsubscribes, and record it. Include an unsubscribe route in marketing email.
3.3 Use approved channels properly. For WhatsApp Business Platform messages, use only templates approved by Meta for their category, and follow the Meta Business Messaging and Commerce policies.
3.4 SMS in India. Register your sender ID and templates and comply with the TRAI regulations on commercial communication (including DLT scrubbing and consent) before sending SMS.
3.5 Be honest and timely. Identify your business, don't mislead recipients about who is sending, and respect reasonable hours and frequency. Use the quiet-hours features available in workflows.
3.6 Sensitive categories. Do not use the Services to send or collect sensitive information (such as government ID numbers, full card numbers, health records, or credentials) over chat or forms unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
3.7 QR-linked WhatsApp. The QR-linked WhatsApp option is not an official Meta integration. Keep volumes low, avoid cold outreach, and understand that Meta may restrict numbers at any time. Prefer the Cloud API for bulk or important traffic.
3.8 Instagram: automate replies only to people who messaged or commented first, within Meta's messaging window; don't use automation to spam comments, follow/unfollow, or mass-message strangers.
3.9 Voice and call recording: tell people when a call is recorded and obtain consent where required; don't use autodialling for unsolicited promotional calls; honour do-not-disturb registrations.
3.10 Conversion tracking: send Meta only events and identifiers you have lawful permission to share; don't send sensitive categories of data.
4.Security and platform abuse
You must not: probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services except under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy; bypass limits, authentication or permissions; access another customer's data; introduce malware; overload or disrupt the Services (including through automated abuse of forms, webhooks or chat widgets); scrape the Services; or resell access without written permission.
5.Content and AI
5.1 Do not configure AI Agents to impersonate people, give regulated professional advice without human review, generate content that breaks this policy, or process data you have no right to use.
5.2 You are responsible for the knowledge you load into Micro-Brains and for reviewing AI output.
6.Publishing (websites, forms, shops, courses, communities)
Pages, shops, products, courses and communities you publish must comply with this policy and with applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce and tax law, including accurate pricing and clear refund and grievance information.
7.Enforcement
7.1 We may monitor for abuse using technical signals (for example complaint, block and quality-rating data) and review reports. We do not routinely read private message content.
7.2 Depending on severity we may: warn you, require changes, throttle sending, remove content, suspend features or accounts, terminate, notify affected third parties or platforms, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
7.3 We may act immediately, without notice, where there is risk to people, security, or legal compliance.
7.4 Appeals. If you think we acted in error, write to grievance@digai.in within 14 days. We will review and respond.
8.Reporting abuse
Report violations or content you believe is unlawful to grievance@digai.in (include links and details). Report security issues under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
9.Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified as in the Terms.
